Drop-in
Monday-Friday 2pm to 5pm

Our core service is a friendly drop-in where people who are vulnerable through homelessness or mental health problems can find a safe and welcoming space to socialise, find support and access out other services.

We have a television room (with weekly video showings), music, games, twice weekly computer sessions, a garden and a café.

We also have facilities for laundry and showers.

We have regular visits by a Nurse, a Chiropodist and a CAB welfare advisor.

Café
Monday-Friday 2pm to 5pm

Attached to the drop-in, we have a large café selling food and drinks at cost price. On Wednesdays we have a main two-course dinner. Cooked meals may also be available on other days.

Women's Group
Friday 12am to 2pm

On Friday mornings we provide a female only space for women to socialise and join in trips and activities such as arts & crafts, relaxation, cookery, 'pampering', literature & poetry etc. They may also use laundry and shower facilities.

Green Palm Club
Friday 5.00pm to 7.30pm

Green Palm Club is a fun and caring group for black people who are isolated due to homelessness or mental health problems. As well as the cultural food and support on offer, there are various activities such as games, music speakers and trips.

Mental Health Support Groups
Wednesday 7 to 9 pm and Saturday 2 to 5 pm

There are two support groups for people with mental health problems. Both offer support, food and various activities such as discussion, cooking, music, relaxation, speakers, games and outings. The mental health support groups are referral only - by a social worker, doctor, key worker or CPN.

Computer Sessions
Tuesday and Friday 2pm to 5pm

We have a well-equipped computer room which people can use to access the internet, use word-processing and other applications and even play games. There is a skilled IT volunteer who can offer support at any level.

Life-skills

We have a developing life-skills programme that aims to provide a wide variety of courses such as assertiveness training, anger management, relaxation techniques, budgeting, home maintenance, fitness/health, literacy/numeracy, cookery/nutrition etc.
